Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product(s) Received

Be sure to always inspect your order thoroughly. If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please email Customer Service at KandidlyKreated@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days). When sending an email, remember to include your name, order #, description of the defect/damage, and pictures. Customer Service will respond within 72 hours (3 days) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will handle shipping costs associated with sending replacement product(s) for damaged, defective, or wrong product(s) received only. If the damaged, defective, or wrong product(s) received are no longer in stock, Customer Service will provide an alternative solution within the designated timeframe.
