Shipping policy

Kandidly Kreated ships products within 3-5 business days of the receiving the order. Products are shipped via USPS mail with tracking information provided. Packages can be tracked on www.usps.com/tracking by using the tracking information provided. 

USPS Tracking: "USPS® provides several tools and options to help determine where your mailpiece is in the mailstream and if it is delayed or not. Sometimes packages are delayed or rerouted because of unusual circumstances."

Delivered but Not Received:

Kandidly Kreated is not responsible for packages deemed as lost or stolen. If you received a delivery confirmation email, and have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier. The shipping carrier will assist you with processing and investigating the claim.
